Dear Vendors,
The OAHE thanks all of its vendor supporters but to some we give very special thanks. We are fortunate to have vendors that provide very generous support to the OAHE. The OAHE is committed to all its vendors but to those that go above and beyond we want to offer you special thanks. It is to that end that the OAHE has developed Levels of Affiliation. This is a voluntary option for all vendors within the OAHE. The standard membership fee for vendors is $125.00. If your organization would like to participate as an affiliated member, the following options are available:
Platinum: Pay $1,600.00 to fund the following. Valued at $1,250.00
Your participation in Spring Trade Show. Includes event registration, 2-table booth space.
Sponsoring two OAHE hospital engineer registration to the Spring Conference registration. Limited to $500.00!
Hole sponsorship at the spring golf tournament. Including green fees/cart for 2 players.
Membership dues.
Gold: Pay $1,200.00 to fund the following. Valued at $925.00
Your participation in Spring Trade Show. Includes event registration and 2-table booth space.
Sponsoring one OAHE hospital engineer registration to the Spring Conference registration. Limited to $250.00!
Hole sponsorship at the spring golf tournament. Including green fees/cart for 2 players.

Silver: Pay $700.00 to fund the following. Valued at $550.00
